He has accomplished significant sales, profit and new market success due to his commitment to developing superior service-driven and sales-oriented stores and markets. Tony brings a unique skill set of a well-organized and thorough manner with superior attention to detail, while maintaining an aggressive sales philosophy.

Tony has been Vice President/Co-Owner in Redstone Painting & Finishes Company, LLC since its inception in May 2006. He handles all aspects of the start-up organization with an emphasis on company operations. Prior to this endeavor, Tony advanced rapidly throughout the ranks of three major paint companies to his most recent position of Director of Store Operations for IPM Group, Inc. Within this position, Tony was a leader in the success of two major acquisitions and developed and led the Inventory Accuracy Program, Workplace Organization and Safety Program and the Inventory Reduction Program. His focus, persistence, leadership and ability to motivate led to the success of these programs and are resounding themes within his management style.

Tony has always thrived on creatively solving problems and taking on new challenges with a persistent desire to succeed.
